Delivery & Collection Info

To place an order from our Online Catalogue, email orders@needwoodliving.co.uk.

Orders are not confirmed until you (the customer) have been contacted by a member of the team, and payment (via payment link) has been taken. A team member will be in touch within 72 hours of receiving your order email.

Free collection is available from our shops in Alrewas or Tutbury which is subject to product availability, and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive once we have confirmed your order.

Home delivery by a team member is available on selected items only within a 10 mile radius of DE13 9LP and DE13 7ED . There is a £5 charge for any home delivery when a team member is delivering. An additional delivery charge will be applied for any item outside the 10 mile radius and the charge will be based on the product size & weight.

Home delivery by our chosen courier is available on selected items only in the UK only. Please ensure the address and delivery instructions you provide are accurate. We are unable to accept any liability for any loss or damage to the product once it has been delivered. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to an issue beyond our control. If this is the case, we will contact you directly to discuss. A delivery charge will be applied for the customer in every instance when shipping with a courier. The charge will be based on the size & weight of the product.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item if there are any damages. After this period we cannot be held responsible. We will discuss each case on an individual basis. Refunds are only given where purchases are faulty, and at the managers discretion. An exchange or gift note will be given if the item is unsuitable, once the item is returned back to Needwood Living in perfect condition.
